I can't think of a subject. It's just about everything.

Hi, it's Samantha! There's not been too much going on around here to blog about. Boooring. It's burning hot outside, I think I get the worst of it cuz I'm so close to the sizzling ground. Maybe my tummy has a sunburn.

The big ugly atrocity of a retaining wall is gone out front. I'd show ya pics but that's Bear's thing. He's pretty insecure as it is so it kinda helps his confidence to brag. I'm sure he'll be around here soon to talk about it.

You might remember like a hundred million years ago (Maryann - it was April & May) we got those big horrible storms that poked holes everywhere?!? Well, our poo-filled insurance company just finished paying us for everything and we're getting a whole new back fence by the end of the month! Aaaaroooooo! I'm pretty excited cuz it'll mean we can go outside to play and explore and not have the humans breathing down our throats that we'll escape the whole time. Finally, freedom!! Well, kinda anyway. It's like calling the prison yard at Sing Sing being free, but it's better than being inside all the time.

In other news, Dot-Spot had an "incident". I want to go on record saying I don't know what happened at all and had no part in anything at all ever in a million gajillion years. I just know Mom got home and freaked out cuz Dot was holey and there was blood.
Can you see it? It's kinda on her shoulder and I heard that Mom had the nerve to say it was nipping height for the stubby one. I think she meant me and I'm really offended. She stays with Tucker and I during the day so Mom has it narrowed down to one of us. A regular Sherlock Holmes, huh? You know where my paw is pointed. Either way, it doesn't need stitches but it's pretty gross. She has to put the medicine on it she has left over from her spider bite last year. Yuck. For the record, us brown dogs have unattended wounds all the time but since we don't look like a horror movie against that blinding white pasty fur we just get ignored.
I guess that's all that is going on here.

Our dinner is late tonight cuz she forgot to start the dishwasher and our bowls are dirty. I think it's finally hitting the rinse cycle now. Hope we don't pass out waiting.

Smooches - Saaaamantha!

PS Oh Oh! I almost forgot! We've figured out we must be like celebs cuz there is somebody coming tomorrow to pick up our poop and take it away! Can you believe it!?! I wonder if they'll bronze it and sell it on ebay. Mom said they're gonna come every week and do it, I bet we're gonna get residual payments like the Golden Girls in syndication. What I don't get is she said she'd rather give up eating out once a week then deal with our crap. I hope that doesn't have a double meaning.

Oh Sam, I'm sorry your being blamed, maybe you can demand an CSI investigation.

That poop service is super cool, but not for the people that have to clean the poop, hee hee

Hi, Sam
Is there any reason you were the suspect # 1 with Dot's incident??
I didn't know about the pick up poop service! Sounds interesting!
Have a good night

GASP!!! Who hurt my Dot Spot??? Oh Dottie, if I were there I'd clean out your cut & snuggle with you so you felt better!

Your pooper scooper would hate me because I never poop in the yard! They would have to follow me all over the neighborhood to scoop up my goodies. I'm very particular about my bathroom habits.

Hey! A Personal Poop Picker Upper. I am so impressed! But there are a lot of you, and it is a pretty big job for an injured mom.

Milk it for all it is worth, that's what muzzer says!

Funny your mom should mention spiders. Mine was just thinking about the same thing. Come see my blog to see.

I'm really happy for your poo. My mom just refuses to recognize how valuable mine is.

Poor Dot! I sure hope she heals soon!

Mom use to have a poop picker upper at her old house when she was single. Now she has dad.

Hi Samantha,
Oh gee.. I sure hope your tummy is not sunbrunt or else it'll be real painful when you lie down!!

Hi Sam--

I'm sure Dot deserved it. Not that you were involved. At all. And late dinner? Some people have no manners-aren't there people bowls to eat out of? Couldn't she feed you by hand?

We do most of our pooping on walks so my ma ape is our poop service. The Poop Scoop! She says, though, that if we get another dog (WHAT!??!) we might need a service.

My mommy always blames me for things too...how does she know Sarah (her roommate) isn't the one who chewed up her comb? She looked hungry last night! I bet you were totally innocent, Sam.

Personal poop pickers!? Wow!!! I once heard of a service that would come and scoop your yard, making sure to wipe down each individual blade of grass. Neat! I wish we could get someone to come pick the neighbor's cat poop out of our yard! (True, I like to eat it, but then I always barf later.)

Sam - regarding the dirty bowls.. tell your mom that when your bowls are dirty to feed you off of china!!! I get to eat off it sometimes... but I only eat dry food.. so it is rare.. HOWEVER, Tia gets to eat of China every day. See, she will not eat out of a bowl - it must be a plate. So, she gets the good stuff!

Oh, Samantha, waiting on your food dishes? That must be so hard!! I would rather eat out of a dirty dish than wait one second to my dinner!!

I hope Dot gets better soon and I totally believe you when you claim innocence. Dot probably bit herself or something.
