You would think there was a bar of gold missing and buried in the backyard from the way the humans freaked out at midnight last night. They actually went out with flashlights to search instead of just turning off the
tv with their
opposable thumbs.

We don't think our dad knows how to turn the tv off without the remote.

OH NO!!!! Looks like its a good thing they sell replacement remotes cuz that one looks like its dead. :(

That's a pretty important tool in our house too! Eweeeeeee, it looks pretty mucky! We sure hope it doesn't have to be replaced!

he he....I remember chewing the silly tv remote when I was a pup and mom freaked...I can just see your hoomans out there looking for it in the middle of the night! Mission accomplished!!
lol Woops!!! I'm sure a dog didn't do that!!! And if it was, I bet it was the tiny one!!!
We can't loose our remote. Mom broke the button on the tv so you can't turn it off without the remote.
Kaos
PS Why were they up at midnight? Don't they know that doggies need to be in bed way before then?
I see you have DirecTV too. What's the big deal?
Steve
Uh Oh.....somedog was really smart to bury this :D Jake "ate" the $75 Sony remote many moons ago...he left the evidence right in the livingroom?!?!
That is so gross it's great! It's also a great idea for here...thanks, Anonymous!
love & wags,

Ooops!
Good job anonymous!
Kisses and hugs

Good job! We notice that treats are not forthcoming when the tv is on. Maybe by stealing the remote, they will watch less tv and give you more treats!
Lady Kaos is right ... what were they doing up at midnight? Don't they know doggies need beauty sleep? And, after looking at some humans, they need a lot more beauty sleep. (Not talking about your humans, of course.)
oi vey .... did I spell that right?

Oh dear and that's not just any remote either...that's a DirecTV remote! Anonymous...you better practice looking innocent!
LOL
Momma says "so that's what happens to the remote when it goes missing"

Our Mom is addicted to that piece of equipment, too. Good thing we can't bury something that big!

DirecTV remote. We are very familiar with that one. Apparently, we have bought several. Nice of the humans to keep getting us fresh chew toys.
Ha ha ha ha ha! Good one, guys! The Girl is always losing her remote, but it's usually cuz it fell off the couch or under it. I will tell the Min Pins of this great trick, and maybe they'll try it! Wroo!
Dannan
We need to know how you got into the TV table drawer to get the remote out to bury it. That tough to do, someone had to really think about it a long time to pull that off. Probably best if anonymous stays that way. Hope your feeling better Samantha.

Looks like someone did a superior job of burying the remote. I think that was a subtle hint to leave the TV alone and to spend more time with the pups!

**stifling laughter** OMdoG... WHO did it (don't worry, I won't tell your mom!)...
Ahahahahaha!
My apes would be frozen with fear, unable to change the channel. They would probably just sit there on the couch until they got stuck.
wally t.
Your humans have my sympathy, but...
BWAhahahahaa!! Too funny!
S and D
Oh how I would miss that remote in our house! Glad the humans found it.
