Sunday Fun

Hiya, it's Dot-Spot. First the humans slept late which we don't really like...so we really had no choice but to stay in bed too. Yawn, it was dullsville all morning. FINALLY we got out in the backyard for a little bit and poked around. Ooops, don't tell Sam I put that picture of her up. HeeHee.... We saw Mom grabbing our leashes and we got SO excited....we loooove going to the park. This stick stuck on Sam's butt and followed her for a while before the humans stopped taking pictures and got rid of it.

We had a bit of a leash mess-up...everydog was wrapped around everydog else, it was madness.First we crossed a teeny tiny creek, I jumped and made it but Stubby's legs were too short. After that she looked for any mud she could find to walk through. I think it felt good on her belly. I guess it would be good being a low rider. We followed a path through the woods that we had never gone on and there were SO many good smells, we sniffed everything. We even found a bigger creek....Mom wasn't going to let the boys swim at first but she gave in. It was a big hill down and it just wasn't pretty. Sam and I aren't in the videos, but you can hear us panting. :) I think it looked like she was fishing for dogs.

**We don't know why the videos aren't working, our IT department is working on it.

Sorry about Mom's potty mouth, but I thought I better show you how she was more worried about busting her face in the mud than poor Tucker's legs. Should we call the Humane Society?

They had lots of fun, but it was WAY too cold for Sam and I.
So that was our day at the park...

We were super excited to hear that we are Dakota's pick for Read of the Week! Thanks, Dakota!!! We'll try not to be really boring like we have been all month. We hafta blog about the cool prize Aunt Jan sent Doodle-Bug, but Blogger won't let us post any more pics in this post. Bah.

Love,
Dot-Spot

I see the vid. It is very good. I thought your mom was definitely going in the creek though. hehe.

It looks a great walk and beautiful scenery. I think I could be jealous if I watched it again.

PS DotSpot. I think you are beautiful too. There is a dog like you at the finca across the road from my terrace and she is very pretty.

PPS I have looked again, but now I see there are THREE vids, but the first time round only the middle one came up. They are all very funny, I mean good.

I can't believe your mom was worried about falling down. Geez what is with her? Looks like you all had fun. Though there is something wrong with Tucker and Bear that they went in that water.

Ok, now we can see the videos. What we want to know is why your mama didn't get in the water and splash around with you? Next time, we say....."pull her in."

That looks like a cool place to walk. I mean I can't do that at this time of the year because the woman says it's colder than a well digger's butt.

Next time the human should go in the water.

That looks awesome! I could see the video and I watched to hear the HBO words! Sam, I love to get my belly muddy, too. And then I know which tracks are mine. Four feet, one long belly.

It totally DOES look like your mom was fishing for doggies. She sure caught a couple of cute ones too! What I don't understand is why moms don't like to roll around in mud. Isn't it supposed to be good for their skin or something? Moms are so weird, but you gotta love 'em!

I am so totally jealous that you guys get to swim. It's so cold here the streams are all frozen over. I loved watching those videos of you guys (especially the one where I can hear Dot breating heavy in the background). Mom & I had a good laugh at your Mom's potty mouth because we've lived that scene about 2 dozen times.
