We're still around.

Mom's lazy and we need her typing skills so that's why we haven't been around much this week. We've been tagged a couple of times so we're workin' on those too, we didn't forget. We went for a walk through the WILDERNESS today and we'll post pics soon. Ok, so it was just the park but there was lots of trees.

Have you doggies gotten your Halloween costumes yet?!!? I'm afraid to look in the bag she brought home.

Dot,

Oooh oooh! Does Sa-man-tha have a cheerleader costume for Halloweenie? That would be GREAT! You could say you're already in a costume--you're swiss cheese!

Hi, Dot.
Here we can't find costumes for doggies!!
Today my grandma bought a fabric to make me a halloween dress!
Have a good night

Mommy would never dare put me in costume. Of course, she's going as Little Red Riding Hood this year to open the door and I get to be the Big Bad Wolf. No costume required

Since the elf incident I run from all costumes!

hello happy hounds,

we are new to the blogging world even though we have been reading EVERBODY'S blog for months.

mom was reading about what you said about Holloween and she started laughing. Our next post was going to be about the annual DROH Holloweiner Party--we are all adopted dachshunds from DROH.

Come visit us sometime @ justustexasdachsies.blogspot.com

Ps....Mommy knows just what your Mommy is going through with Thrawn. Our sister Samantha is waiting for us at the Rainbow Bridge but she was with Mommy for almost 15 years. If it werent for Samantha's passing we wouldn't have our Mommy now.

Be brave and we love you...Mona, Jacks, Toby & our little foster brother Evander.

My human woman is ALWAYS lazy.

Thank goodness she doesn't believe in dressing us up. For Halloween we usually shut off the porch light and hang out in peace and quiet.

It's our first Halloween so we don't know what it's all about. Mom said that kids get candy but that she didn't think our neighborhood would be stocked appropriately for us to go trick or treating. What's up with that? We need doggie trick or treating!

Last year I dressed up as a BeeDog. And Mommy and Daddy were BeePeople. We were pretty cute...I don't know what we'll do this year yet. I'm thinking of being either an EMT or a Sooper Pooper (like SuperMan, but better, and with more hair).

I was going to be dogzilla (http://www.wiggle-n-waggle.com/servlet/the-46/Dogzilla-Dinosaur-Dog-Costume/Detail) but we gave my costume away to a smaller pup because the x large costume fit around my middle but it wasn't comfortable enough length wise. We're looking into other ideas that may be lighter and fit better.

Have any ideas for us?

Oh please don't give my Mom any ideas...I don't want to be Super Sherman again this year.

I think Dot should be a ballerina...all dressed in a pink tutu with a fairy princess crown. I'm feeling a little woozy just thinking about it.

I know what you mean - my girl hasn't been very cooperative lately either with the computer time. :-(
