Our neighbor has one of these - just slightly larger than the one pictured! It stalks me when ever I am in the yard and taunts me through the chain link fence. Thye aren't worth the trouble and you get hollared at if you try to chase them.
Your neighbor does look like Bear at first glance - how funny. We are so glad to hear Bear feels better too.

Woo Thrawn! Good luck in getting a play toy like that. I like to think that Tia is my cat play toy, but mom would not approve of me saying that. She has swatted at me several times, but I still love her! Hugs, Sitka
We almost got one of those little playtoys for Buddy. He just loves them!! He licks them and kisses them too! However Nikki the meanie tried to kill the playtoy so Mama said no. Mama has seen what Nikki can do to a stuffed playtoy. Buddy was very sad :(
That was such a sweeet video!!! I love it when the Sibe tries to lay down and the little white kittie keeps playing with his paws!!! I just hope the human who was taping this keeps an eye on that tiny thing, or it won't be around long!
Oh, we have one of those toys that we see sometimes - it's about that size but our is called a "yorkie" or something. It's not as much fun as they look, let me tell you....
I don't know too much about that kind of toys but it could be fun to have one like the one in the video. Beg your mom, maybe you can get it. Have a nice day. Lorenza

Raven once looked that little when she first came home. But you know those cats have these awful things called claws that can scratch you.
I don't like toys like that...they hiss at me when I walk by. But this one was kinda cute...you'd have fun with it Thrawn!
