Then these heavenly morsels of goodness came out of the cooking machine...
OMD, I almost passed out they smelled so good. Uh, that's why I might have snatched mine out of her hand before she could take a picture. A girls gotta do what a girls gotta do.
Gotta scoot, gonna convince the Pittie to take one for the team and pull the plate off the counter.
PS In case anydog wants to give the recipe to your pawrents...

2c oat flour
2tsp baking powder
2tsp cinnamon
1/2tsp baking soda
1/2tsp ground cloves
3 eggs
3/4c honey
1/4c safflower oil
1 15oz can of pumpkin
Preheat to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients. Use muffin liners or grease muffin pan, spoon mixture evenly into the pan as close to the top of the cup as possible.
Mini muffin pan - 10-15 mins
Regular muffin pan - 22-27 mins
Done when toothpick comes out clean, cool on wire rack
Store in fridge in airtight container
