Hi Everydog, it's Bear!
Tucker is letting me post cuz it was so exciting for me! First we loaded up in the car and drove to Aunt Sandi's house. It's only like 10 minutes but it was pretty fun. Here we are blowin' in the wind. I loooove that part!!
So we got there and Tucker showed me first how to run across the ledge that only has a little water in it. Here I am on my first pass through it...
Next Tucker got in there with me. Here we are - in my head I was thinking that Tucker must have eaten those funny mushrooms in the yard if he wanted me to get in that deep water. That's my "you're outta your mind" look.
He kept telling me it would be fun and he even showed me how to jump in...
I didn't choose either, I fell in instead but then I liked it! Here I am on my first pass...
Tucker's a reeeeally good swimmer and I was trying to follow his tips.
He got all excited and tried to grab me!! I had to close my eyes before he dunked me though.
I got confused and tried to get out the side instead of on the ledge. He was trying to tell me that I was doing it wrong here... (and to shove me back in)
We stopped for a break cuz swimmin' is hard work.
Before too long Mom said we had to go, Tucker wasn't happy about that at ALL.
SO she cracked and said we'd come back again this week!! Wooohoo!! I've decided swimming is one of my favorite hobbies now. I'll have to join Tucker's "Get Us a Pool Campaign".
Maybe next time there will be more action shots of me!! - Bear

Oh this is my very favorite post!!! Bear - you did AWESOME! Are you sure that was your first time swimming? You're a pro! And you sure look like you had fun - did Tucker really dunk you?! How exciting that you get to go again! You should tell your mom to take videos next time!

Oh.. i love to swim but i dun have such a nice and clean swim pool like what u guys have there.. i always got to swim at a dirty lake...yucks.. but that's all we got..

Wow that looks like SUCH fun. We nearly went swiming yesterday too - but that was an accident cos the river is flooded. I think the pool looks MUCH more inviting - and the dogs really look like they are enjoying themselves.

That is SO cool!! We are all totally jealous. We've never been swimming (well Lola has, but that didn't work out too well). We need a big pool like that.

We've never gone swimming. We wonder if we would like it. Maybe we will come visit you and try out your pool that you will get at the end of the "Get Us a Pool" campaign!

Yay! Oh you're so lucky to have a pool to hang out at! You know, my apes had no idea I could swim until I dove into the pond after my noisy friend Mocha, the CHOCOLATE LAB so if you ever feel a little dogpaddler behind you it might be ME! I can swim like a seal if I'm motivated.
