Another goodbye.

Sweet Prince finally ended his courageous fight against Lymphoma on Saturday. We're sending love to his parents, they did so much for him. It's been a sad, sad weekend for the dog world.

We're not sure if many of you are familiar with his story, but his blog is wonderful support and information for anyone fighting this monster with their dog.

Absolutely! Prince's family face the questions that anyone in that circumstance has to face: treatment versus dignity versus treatment with dignity. The questions and the response is there - thoughtful, thought out and heartfelt.

Theres have been too many losses in too short of time.

Oh dear,

Its just so horrible when a sweet innocent doggie passes, they bring us so much joy, how can we not do everything in our power to to make their lives happy and healthy.

Thanks so much for your kind words - they really do help. Seeing Princes smiling face in unexpected places around the internet is heartbreaking, but at the same time comforting. He always did manage to get into unexpected places! Thanks, and love to you and your pack....

Hellooooooo!
I dropped by from Graham and Prince's blog - although sad times over there at the moment.

I love all the hound shots and I'm jealous of your dogs - They're all gorgeous, especially your Thrawn :]
Lucky you!!!

Fairwell sweet Prince! (Well - not sure about the sweet - according to Graham he was a cheek raggamuffin)

It's a toughie.

We only found his blog a few days ago (via Blogs from the Dogs) so we were gutted to read your post when we stopped by today.

Both Graham and Prince have been very courageous.

Got to go before mistress starts to boo again.

Oh man. I just met Prince. What a sad week for dogs. Sigh. I do love, reading, though about how much owners love their dogs and try to give them the best life they possibly can.

My ma ape says she wishes the apes could give back to us half of what we give to them.

Smooches for everyone.

Oh wow - It seems as if sad news is the order of the day for too many days now!!

Hope all is well with my furry friends in Texas!! Mom says I have to be nicer to the foster brother because he is less fortunate - whatever that means!!

Have a happy day one and all - Love Dory and Mac
