It's TROOPER!!!! His Dad sent us this pic and an update saying he's doing great! We heard he even got to go on a road trip, what a lucky dog. (What's wrong with our lives???) Anyway, he lives by the lake now and gets to go out there and the dog park all the time. We're so happy to see his smiling face. :)
In other news, Dot woke up in the middle of the night on Thursday crying lots and pawing her ear, her infection came back big time. :( Dr. Bill was out of town on Friday so Mom had to take her somewhere else which she wasn't happy about at all. She got some meds and stuff, but still isn't feeling too great. She's going to see Dr. Bill this week to get everything taken care of. She's grrrrrruuuuummmmpppy. I don't know how Sherman could stand that - maybe he picked the wrong sister.
On Saturday the neighbors didn't say anything but took down a part of their fence which left a great big gap between ours and theirs. I can barely stand to write it, but I have to. Tucker tried to run away. He was found down the street looking scared and confused, but boy oh boy did it cause problems here. He hasn't left our sides since. Stupid. Where else are they going to cater to him like here? The grass is NOT greener on the other side, that's for sure.
On a funny note - well, not so funny to Mom or Dot, but...last night we had to be supervised outside cause of the fence thing and Dot went to tinkle. Next thing you knew Tucker lifted his leg - AND WENT ALL OVER DOT!!!! Mom yelled and had to give Dot a bath, but then he did it again today!! Yuuuuuck. I'm glad he picked her and not me. What's up with that?!
Thrawn is doing better, so good he somehow got on the counter and stole a bag of marshmallows. I still think he fakes most of it. How else could he have gotten all the way up there? Marshmallows don't fly. Well, unless someone throws them but I don't like that cuz I don't know how to catch. Usually it bounces off my head and the other dogs make fun of me. Now that I think of it, I'm glad he peed on Dot's back.
Hopefully Mom will have the camera thing fixed soon and we can post pics. We gotta catch up on Dog-Blogs tonight too but we need Mom to help us and it's Sopranos night. You know what that means.
Love - Sam
PS. Bear is becoming a big spoiled brat, he gets babied ALL the time and if I have to see her smoosh his face up one more time and kiss it then I might just yak.

Wow Samantha...lots to tell. Poor Dot, not feeling well AND getting peed on - twice. Just not her weekend, huh? And Tucker...he should know better than to run away, shouldn't he? Glad Thrawn is doing better too. Oh and Bear, let him be...he's just a baby...
Thanks for keeping us up to date on the Pack!
Lots of Licks, Ruby
PS - My Mom has to watch the Sopranos tonight too...she completely ignores me when that's on!!! The nerve.
Oh no.. why did Tucker pee on Dot. Poor Dot..

Hey Sam,
I couldn't stop laffing about Tucker peeing on poor Dot. Man, was that unlucky or wat. Oops, that probably wasn't funny to Dot huh?
Glad to hear the pack doing well except for poor Dot. Is her ear better now?
Woo Hoo - big cogratulatins on being featured blog of the month - sounds like there's lots going on the at the pack home - eeeww wouldn't want to be pee'd on - stay clear of that

Oh Sam, I don't understand why humans throw food at our faces either. Just put it on the floor and let me pick it up!
Good grief - you guys have a lot of stuff going on over there! Poor Tucker, getting lost. Poor Dot, getting peed on. Poor YOU, having to watch Bear get kissed....
Awww... that's too bad about Dot, but you did give me an idea of something to do to Kat. I'm just learning how to lift my leg, but when I get good at it, she better watch out!
Steve
Congrats on Featured blog - way cool.
Just one comment - MORE BEAR PHOTOS - I'm in love!
Happy day - Dory (the very single Lab girl)
Poor Dot,
She should pee on him, then you can have a pee party, hee hee
I once threw up and it hurled out of my mouth onto my mommy. I thought it was funny, but mommy didn't.
Frenchie Kisses,
Balboa
That sucks about the fence. I hope you can fix a replacement up soon. Tucker, shame on you for running away. You got it made there, son. And stop peeing on your poor sister with the horrible earache (get well soon, Dot!). Thrawn, the marshmallows will make you fat. Or do you care? LOL Samantha, let Bear get some extra loves because he's got lots of time to make up for. We still love you lots. :)

Maybe Tucker knows of a cure for ear infectons that nobody else knows. My neighbors cause my parents and me a lot of stress, too. Luckily we don't share a fence with the really bad ones. That definately would not be good.
I have to disagree with you on your Mom kissing Bear. He has a very kissable looking face. *blush*

Sam--It is hard to live without new pictures of you.
Tucker's peeing is hilarious! Except that at my rescue I got peed on a lot. That's why I'm so MANLY now! Unless there's thunder or the vet and then I need to hide between the ma ape's legs. I've said too much, haven't I?
Good for Trooper in his new house! Your ma ape is so good for finding dogs their homes. She rescues so many people.
wally.
PS. If you go on a road trip it should be to VISIT ME.
Wow and I thought my life was exciting but it's nothing compared to yours! So many things happening, I don't know how you all keep up with it all. So glad Tucker wasn't lost for very long and poor Dot! I'm glad to hear that Thrawn is doing better:)
Hugs from Billy Boo:)
Hope Dot is feeling better. Oh haha on the peeing that is just to funny.
Aaaaah, stupid neighbors! They KNOW you guys live there and use that fence! What jerks!
Hmmm...I peed on my friend Sebastian once cause he was getting too big for his britches.
