We're still around!

It's Tucker, I wanted to post and say we're sorry for not blogging lately. Mom's been really sick and we've been busy taking care of her and standing guard. I think she's had something called noo-monia. I'm not sure, but there was some pretty gross stuff going on. Yuck. She doesn't have a voice anymore so whenever she wants us she has to clap a lot. It's kind of funny, sometimes we ignore her just so she has to keep clapping.

It's been boring around here since she hasn't even been out of bed in days until today for a little while. Hopefully when she wakes up tomorrow we'll get to do something fun and take some pics. We're way behind on reading all of our friends blogs too so we'll catch up there too!

Hope everyone is doing ok!

We understand needing to nurse the human mom back to health. We've have our times to do it too. Your mom is in good paws since she has a dachsie nurse along with everydog else in your family!

Oops, you don't have a dachsie in that pack. Well, we are sure your mom will be all better soon with all the puppy love she is getting from you.

Oh no! I hope your mom gets better really soon! It sounds like you're doing a good job of taking care of her (with the exception of ignoring her sometimes, but a dog needs a break, right?). Have you all tried getting in bed with her to keep her nice and warm? I tried that with my mom this morning...heh heh, I'm not allowed on the bed.

Wags and doggie well wishes,
Avery

Hey Tucker,
what a coincidence-my mommy was sick last week, too, and lost her voice completely! She had to clap at me and Twix, too-the clapping got louder and louder cuz we wouldn't listen. She had strep or something, not noo-monia.
Hope she feels better soon :)

Thanks Tucker for the update on your mom! I am sorry that she is sick!! I hope she gets better soon! Mom had something called laryngitis, and she lost her voice. She did the clapping/stomping thing with me too. Sometimes I responded, other times I ignored!
