OUR front porch!

Tucker here writing for the Pack. We are VERY excited! A while back our peeps installed a gate across the front porch so we could go hang out. They still wouldn't let us go out alone because the side walls were a little too short and they thought a couple of us could hop the wall in hot pursuit of an invader like a cat or other wild animal. So we got to hang out every once in a while when they were out there. Whoopdeedoo.

Yesterday they went and got lots of stuff to make the patio our nice hanging out place! First there are these super heavy pots that go on the walls, there's no way we can push them over. We inspected them and it looks like we're trapped. There are strange red rocks for the two beds - something about not wanting us dragging dirt in the house.

There are also lots of plants, we like plants that smell good. We're not supposed to eat them though. :( We're hoping they plant some of those good flowers in the backyard this year, they're yummy!

I have to say that I'm a little worried. They brought home these things that look like dirt balls. I heard them saying that they'll plant them and grow - (maybe I heard wrong?!) - ELEPHANT EARS. I just can't figure it out. Why would they want elephant's ears? What are we going to do with them? Where's the rest of the elephant??

Hopefully the sun will start shining this week and they'll get our area ready for some serious hanging-out time. We can sun ourselves and patrol the street for them.

Is it time for Spring yet? Signed, Doodle-Bug
