It was scary, I'm not going to lie to be macho. I thought for sure my butt was going to look like Penny & Lola's...and while they're both very boodylicious I just don't think it's a good look for me.

So anyway...Mom started unloading her suitcase and she pulls out this totally pawsome toy from Disney World for us!

We all liked it, but Samantha had some strange weirdo dog-love for it and was acting like a wild animal I tell ya. The humans thought this was really funny so they kept playing tug and keep away from her...

In her heated, insane toy playing frenzy she lunged - - - and before I could move she had almost bobbed my tail. She said she thought it was the toy, but I don't see any Mickey Mouse heads on my butt do you?!
Thankfully she let go when I screamed - I mean, when I yelled in a ferocious voice to LET ME $)#&%)# GO!! It was a good thing cuz I would have hated to beat up Wally's girlfriend.
The End.
I think she looks wicked.
ReplyDeleteShe would frighten the life out of me.
What a brave Bear you are.
Pippa
Ouch! Who knew Sam could be so crazy like that!!! Glad you still have a tail!
ReplyDeleteLots of Licks, Ruby
YIKES!!!! Did she leave any teethy marks in your tail, Bear? Screaming is okay! It gets the point across, right?!
ReplyDeleteLove ya lots,
Maggie
See....we knew there was a logical explanation for it....case of mistaken identity.
ReplyDeleteWoo woo, Kelsey Ann
(glad your tail's ok)
Oh my, Bear I'm happy you still have a nice long tail. Perhaps you need a caution sign or something attached to your tail so, Samantha doesn't make that mistake again. I'm glad you like your new Disney toy so much. It looks way cool!
ReplyDeleteYour pal,
Kirby

LOL - Oops, great shot Sam :]
ReplyDeleteWoah! Look at the crazed look in Sam's eyes. I'm telling you, Bear. The Bassetts are not to be trusted. Check out my blog this very moment. There's a bassett on there. Just look at how conniving she is being, trying to make my mom all gooshy and everything. I'm glad your tail is okay, because you are one handsome dude with it.
ReplyDeleteThat last pic is quite amusing. Thanks for telling the story of how it happened!
ReplyDeleteBear - we are sorry you about got your tail bobbed! I think that it really wasn't Sam - I think it was her twin, ha roo!
ReplyDeleteHugs,
sitka
Good job Sam! Sometimes you have to tell those tails what's what! Don't come between a girl and her (boy)toy! You should see what she'd do, Bear, if you got in her way of getting to ME!
ReplyDeletewally.
Holy...! She turned into a maniac! Good thing it was only your TAIL that got in her way... I'd hate to see what she might do to any other parts of you!
ReplyDeleteHey Bear! Now we know "the rest of the story"
ReplyDeleteThat is such a silly picture of your tail in her mouth!!
ReplyDeleteSteve
I'm sure she really didn't mean to hurt you! She was just over whelmed by playing with the toy!
ReplyDeleteoh.. i believed u Bear... samantha like turning into some kind of tail biting creature.. hahahah.. hope ur tail is save now..
ReplyDeleteCheers
Rossi

ReplyDeleteThat's so scary.. Good thing you scream for Sam to let go of your tail
ReplyDelete~ Girl girl
Good grief! What did they put in that Mickey Mouse toy to make Sam go all crazy? LOL!!
ReplyDeleteThank dog your tail is fine..i mean, it is a very good looking muscular one afterall!
Yow! That is really scary!
ReplyDeletePoor Bear! While we think you would make a very bootilicious boy, we're glad your tail remained intact.
ReplyDeleteWho would've thought Sam had it in her.
Penny & Lola
That is a very funny story. You mom sure is quick with the camera!
ReplyDeletePoppy
I can relate wif you. The "demon puppy" is always grabbing & chewing on my tail!
ReplyDelete-Cosmos-
Holy Moly, that was a close call, but as a jack russell, I must say having a short tail has it;s advantages. My cousin Darcy is a tailess lab since she had a tail problem that ultimately lead to the docking of a beautiful tail. She is in my mom's book since she still is an awesome swimmer.
ReplyDeleteMolly
Good golly, quite the story. We be glad your tail be okay.
ReplyDeleteFour Pugz
Oh my goodness how scary. I am so glad I don't have a tail.
